So very Sorry!
I had a midterm last night and a presentation today so I didnt update the blog at all. But now that they are both behind me (wooohooo!) I can get back to the good stuff.
Yesterday I was in a constant rush, but I managed to eat right! So for breakfast I had a quick breakfast of 3 scrambled egg whites, 2oz smoked salmon, and a whole wheat english muffin with 2tbsp WW cream cheese. (Not pictured, I was running late for work)
For lunch I had some veggie soup and an apple. I even managed to AVOID the damn Clif bar and got a kashi bar instead (3 points less!! Go Me!)
I had an exam @ 6 pm and I was lucky enough to sit next to a guy who was eating a bagel. I was so jealous. I don't even remember the last time I had a big ol', full fat, all carb, sh*tload of calories plain white bagel. I wanted to steal it. And he must have known it too because he took his sweet time with this damn bagel. I hated him for that.
Finally got home and had dinner -
Chicken breast, brown rice, black beans with diced tomato and green pepper. Good stuff.
Then for dessert I had the usual yogurt and strawberries.
as far as TODAY's menu...I'll make it brief....here goes:
Breakfast
3 scrambled egg whites with 1/2 chicken sausage (its in there, look closesly), diced tomatoes and strawberries
For lunch I had a six inch Subway Roast beef sub with american cheese, mayo, and mustard. I was soooo hungry I didnt remember that I was supposed to take a picture until the VERY last bite. haha. sorry! It was a boring sub anyway :)
I am not a huge fan of salads, but I had a huge ass salad for dinner LoL. Mixed greens, 1 diced fuji apple, chicken breast, chick peas, 1/4 c mozzarella cheese, 2 tbsp raspberry dressing. It was good (as good as a salad can get anyway...)
