Look what I can do!....

 ....I CAN track for an entire day! Who wudda thunk it..
.....and its the first day since I had my weigh in last week that I have been able to pull it off. You can clap if you want to.

It was pretty easy to do today. I was swamped at work and was too busy to think about eating for the hell of it.
