Menu

Breakfast:
1 Whole Wheat english muffin
1 tbsp Weight Watchers cream cheese
3 Egg Whites scrambled in olive oil with 1 slice of Kraft Fat Free sharp cheddar


I randomly snacked on a small bowl of cereal before lunch (not pictured)


Lunch:
1 Chicken Hot Dog
1 Fuji Apple
Steamed broccoli










For dinner I made Eggplant Pamesan
3 three-quarter inch slices of Eggplant
1/3 cup mozzarella cheese
1 tsp olive oil
1.5 tbsp parmesan cheese
1 cup couscous
mushrooms
IT WAS AMAZING!
I know it doesn't look like the most appetizing thing in the world but MAKE IT! Very Very Good!
