Menu

Nothing forces you to be accountable like photos of your meals posted for the world to see!
Breakfast:
1 Whole Wheat English Muffin w/ Weight Watchers Cream Cheese
2 oz. Smoked Salmon

3 Scrambled Egg Whites w/ Basil





Lunch:
Tilapia Fillet cooked w/ bell pepper and tsp of olive oil
Mixed Greens
1/2 cup chick peas
1/4 cup moz. cheese

2 Tbls Trader Joe's Raspberry Dressing

Dinner:
Chicken Breast cooked in 1tsp olive oil
steamed broccoli
1 cup cooked wild rice




So the wild rice was a bit of an experiment. I've had wild rice before, but I had never made it myself. And the wild rice I have had never looked like this - it always seemed more of a blend of white rice and black grains. This rice seemed to just be.....more wild and less rice LoL.

And I HATED IT! Yuck! It just tasted so bitter and gross. I tossed it after a few bites and replaced it with some brown rice I had left over from yesterday.

For dessert I had some strawberries and a blackberry Dannon Light and Fit Yogurt (yummy!)

Anyway, thats my day!

Your meals look like gourmet cuisine. Its hard to believe that healthy food can actually look appetizing...and from your description in tasted great too!
